CPS is small but mighty. They care about the well-being of each employee, ensure that we have a safe and comfortable working environment, and will support you with any highs or lows. It’s a family team environment that is missing in most companies. One thing that is special to me about being a CPS employee is the peer recognition opportunities that we have. Often times our peers do great things, and on a personal level you are able to tell them thank you, but being able to publicly recognize them is always great.
