Summary
The HV Solutions Quotations Coordinator executes processes to strengthen loyalty, facilitate communication, and advance sales targets within the high-voltage line of business. The coordinator is responsible for creating, delivering, and tracking proposals within the HV Solutions business line. Building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, added value, and the utmost professionalism is a critical attribute. This role is key to information gathering and reporting on the high-voltage lines of business that can service larger opportunities within Crescent Power Systems.
Education
Required – Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of work experience.
Work Experience
Required – This position does not require advanced work experience; however, the skills of organization, professionalism in both writing and speaking, and clear communication are essential. Prior work history engaging multiple stakeholders, gathering estimated costs, creating proposals, and agile task management is desirable. This individual should be ready to quickly absorb a vendor management strategy that advances the company’s key objectives. Strong customer-centric mindset and background. Prior knowledge of using a CRM for tracking information, contacts, and advancing sales efforts is preferred.

- Log opportunities into the CPS pipeline with the timely identification and communication of cross-selling opportunities for project-related business development within the High Voltage Solutions business.

Effectively Manage Internal Processes that Achieve Company Mission
- Facilitate appropriate and timely responses to requests for quotation.
- Ensure a smooth process in the quotation stage to provide documentation for project execution after award.
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern for sales team to facilitate solutions.
- Support, attend, and plan meetings with high voltage partners and product specialists, as needed.
Drive Business Results
- Initiate quotation record, sales data, and quotation activity in the CRM for all HV Solutions opportunities.
- Provide experienced-based guidance and support on commercial clarifications, ensuring clear communication of terms, conditions, and expectations between stakeholders, while escalating discrepancies or uncertainties in contractual agreements.
- Lead and drive the proposal development process, collaborating with internal team members to create compelling, strategic proposals that align with client requests and timelines.
- Ensure prompt action and responsiveness to customer requests to secure business and resolve problems.
