DESCRIPTION

Crescent Power Systems has teamed up with a liquid storage and loading facility that has reactivated a marine terminal in Beaumont, Texas. Located on the Neches River, the terminal can load at rates up to 15,000 barrels per hour. The facility includes a dock with a 40-foot draft that can accommodate Panamax size vessels that have a capacity of up to 400,000 barrels. The terminal has access to more than 12 million barrels of refined products storage and receives products from eight refineries, representing approximately 3.3 million barrels per day of capacity.

CPS was chosen to provide two power distribution centers that house Medium Voltage Switchgear, as well as an entire 480V system along with pad mounted transformers. CPS was selected to complete this project due to our ability to meet an extremely short lead time of 16 weeks. Due to our expertise as a power systems integrator we were able to not only meet the completion date but delivered the buildings 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
